On my recent trip to Paris I found myself browsing the MAC store, picking up all the eyeshadows I already own and all the lipsticks I've loved for years (why does that always happen?!). Eventually I started picking up shades I don't already own and I fell in love with three. Mehr was sold out so I was left with Peach Blossom and Dark Side, two lipsticks I've heard of in the past but never purchased.
Pink Blossom is slightly lighter than my natural lip colour but the cremesheen formula is incredibly glossy and leaves a pretty pink shine on the lips. This one is great to wear with rich, brown smokey eyes and I'm sure it'll become a daytime favourite. Dark Side is an amplified lipstick so it's rich and creamy and has really strong pigmentation. The colour is a deep, berry wine and I absolutely love it. The slight pinky/purple tones make it a great bold lip for the summer and I can't wait to start wearing it more.
