I always like to pop into a Kiko store when I see one and without a doubt I always come out with something I'm excited about!
I recently did a post about Kiko's contour and highlight kit and compared it to Charlotte Tilbury's Filmstar Bronze & Glow. Well it seems that Kiko have once again taken inspiration for the luxe players and created a palette that really reminds me of Tom Ford's Congnac Sable and Charlotte Tilbury's Dolce Vita.
There are four shades; an all over light shimmer, a red-toned bronze, a dark brown shimmer and a lighter highlight. I don't tend to use light highlighting eyeshadows, but all of the other three shades are winners in my books. The quality of Kiko products is outstanding for the price and I'm always blown away.
The "Essential Brown" eyeshadow palette is part of their Autumn/Winter Daring Game collection and it's a really great little palette for those who like to do a brown smokey eye. At £14.90 it's much more affordable than both the Tom Ford and Charlotte Tilbury, so although it's maybe less special without a gold glitter, it's a nod in the right direction.
